Before embarking on your holiday to Nepal, it is important to be informed about the process of obtaining the on-arrival visa, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free entry into the country. Here are the procedures:

Steps for Tourist Visa on Arrival in Nepal

1. Locate the Visa Kiosks
   • Upon entering the immigration hall, you’ll find the visa kiosks on the back wall to your right (as you face the immigration officers).
2. Fill Out the Form
   • Scan your passport at the kiosk and complete the required details, including:
     • Length of stay
     • Address in Nepal
     • Contact information
   • After completing the form, either print the confirmation slip or take a clear photo of the screen for reference.
3. Pay the Visa Fee
   • Head to the visa fee counter at Rastriya Banijya Bank, located to the left (as you face the immigration officers).
   • Submit the printed slip or show the photo from the kiosk and pay the visa fee to collect your visa receipt.
4. Proceed to Immigration
   • Join the Tourist Visa on Arrival queue to meet the immigration officers.
   • Present your passport, visa receipt, and any required documents.
5. Collect Your Luggage and Meet Your Tour Operator
   • After clearing immigration, proceed to the baggage claim area to collect your luggage.
   • Once you have your luggage, head to the ground floor “Waiting Hall”, where your tour operator, Mr. Narendra Bohara, or a representative of Jagadamba Holidays, carrying a Jagadamba Holidays sign, will be waiting to greet you.
6. Warm Welcome and Transfer to Your Hotel
   • Receive a warm welcome with a garland of flowers from your tour operator or representative.
   • Proceed to the car parking area and continue your journey to your hotel for check-in and relaxation.
